Jack watching me make dinner.....

Jack (my favorite father-in-law) keeps me entertained while I make dinner. Laughingly, he tells me that it looked 'almost' as good as what Mary made him that night, and maybe I should take a picture of it! Little did he realize that I LOVE to take pictures of food!

So here it is, my grilled swordfish with lemon butter and fresh parsley, and oven roasted red potatoes...yummm
