A walk thru P-Town

A glimpse of our week on Cape Cod...

P-Town was decked out for the 4th of July.
The tie-dye shop is an institution of P-town, been there as long as I remember.
Flowers lining a picket fence on Commercial St., and a custom bike with wooden fenders!
We finally did a Whale Watch!  I was in awe!  I couldn't believe how many we saw (12), and they were SO close and SO HUGE!

Retro Deck Furniture

Isn't this great? Found it on Craigslist. $300!  I thought it was a steal.  The woman I bought it from had gotten it from her parents as a wedding gift like 30 years ago, and she only used it, on a covered porch, for about 7 years.  It was then moved to the barn, and the cushions to the attic, for storage.  She even freshly painted it before listing it.  That was worth it for me right there!  I've been looking for a set like this for years...

About Me

ct, United States
Hi, I'm Priscilla. This blog is basically a diary, in photos, so that i might capture tiny pieces of time...that pass, far too quickly...and the older i get, the faster time passes. So here's a little bit about me: I live in Southern New England, (one of the worlds most beautiful places,in my opinion) I'm a Mom of 3, and grandma to 1 beautiful little girl. I love my kids, my grandaughter & my husband, more than anything in the world, BUT...there ARE other things I LOVE too...like pizza! & summertime & ice cold beer & red wine...brisk Autumn days, sitting by the fireplace, old houses, stone walls, flea markets, second hand shops, old painted furniture, decorating (and then redecorating). Warm sunny mornings on the porch, Earl Grey tea, and sultry late afternoons at the beach, and taking pictures. And Last, but by no means least, home.
